Selecting a ringtone (Android and iOS)

Several ringtone options are available on Android and iOS mobile devices, choose your preferred ringtone to change the sound that plays when you receive a call.

Selecting a ringtone on Android and iOS devices

Tap ‘Settings’.

Then tap ‘Ringtone’.

Your ringtone options will be displayed on this screen. Select your preferred one from the list.

If none are selected, the default Horizon Collaborate ringtone will play when you receive an incoming call.

Please note (iOS devices): if you are selecting a new ringtone on iOS, tap on the name of the ringtone to select it.
