Screenshare device permission issues on MacOS
Some MacOS users have been facing some issues with permissions causing screenshare capabilities to fail. To prevent these potential issues occuring, follow these simple steps.
- Go to your “System Preferences.”
- Click on “Privacy & Security.”
- Choose “Screen Recording.”
- Find the “Horizon Collaboration” application in the list.
- Click the minus (-) icon at the bottom to delete or remove the application from the list.
- Close and restart the “Horizon Collaboration” application.
- Try to share your screen.
- Follow any on-screen prompts that your operating system provides.
