Problems authenticating

Your account is activated for multi-factor authentication (MFA).

This is usually accessed using an authenticator app on a compatible smartphone. Popular app choices are Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.

Within the authenticator app you should have a record for this user account, with a 6 digit code that periodically changes. It is this code that should be used to log in.
