Headset Integration (desktop)

We have now introduced the ability to seamlessly use the functions on your headset in conjunction with the Collaborate Desktop Client. Depending on your headset features you will now be able carry out actions such as answering, rejecting and ending calls directly using your headset controls.

To enable the integration between your headset and the client please download and install the supporting software from the relevant vendor.

Whilst our Headset Integration will work with numerous Manufacturers/Models, only the below headset models are tested and supported* by Gamma.

We are always looking for ways to improve the experience of our customers. Investigation is currently underway to improve our headset integration to provide more of a “Plug in and play” experience for our users who may struggle with installing 3rd party software. We are also looking to introduce the ability to turn this integration on and off within the app to aid our users who may use multiple software applications that also use headset integration.
